Returns Policy
1. Eligibility for Returns:
You can return any unused and unopened items within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund, excluding shipping costs.
Items must be in their original packaging, unused, and in saleable condition to be eligible for return.
Custom or made-to-order products are not eligible for returns unless they are faulty or damaged.
2. Faulty or Damaged Items:
If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including any shipping charges.
Please provide detailed images and a description of the fault or damage when contacting us.
3. How to Return an Item:
Contact our customer service team at info@apexecostore.co.uk with your order number, reason for return, and preference for a refund or exchange.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item(s).
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Exchange Policy
1. Product Exchanges:
If you would like to exchange a product for a different size, type, or model, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
The returned item must be in original, unused condition and packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, as well as any price differences for exchanged products.
Refund Process:
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item(s), and will be credited back to your original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, except for cases of faulty or incorrect items.

2. Warranty & Guarantee:
All products, excluding filters, come with a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty unless otherwise specified.
Warranty claims for filters are not valid once they have been installed in an MVHR system. Filters must remain unused and in original packaging to be eligible for any warranty claims.
Warranty claims must be accompanied by proof of purchase and details of the product issue.
3. Shipping Policy:
Orders are typically dispatched within 5-7 business/working days.
Shipping times may vary depending on location and the chosen shipping method.
